Service Overview

QR Pro is a subscription-based service provided by Clutch Print Shop that allows customers to create, manage, and track dynamic QR codes through the Clutch QR™ platform.

Features may include QR code hosting, destination URL management, scan analytics, downloadable QR assets, customer dashboards, and related reporting tools.

Account Access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Account sharing is discouraged and customers are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

QR Code Hosting

Dynamic QR codes rely on Clutch QR™ hosting services. Active subscriptions include continued hosting and redirect functionality for QR codes associated with the account.

If a subscription is canceled or expires, QR code functionality may be suspended or removed after a reasonable grace period.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use QR Pro to distribute, redirect, or promote:

• Illegal content
• Malware or malicious software
• Fraudulent websites
• Phishing attempts
• Copyright-infringing material
• Content that violates applicable laws

Clutch Print Shop reserves the right to disable QR codes that violate these terms.

Analytics & Reporting

QR Pro analytics are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, Clutch Print Shop does not guarantee uninterrupted reporting, complete scan attribution, or error-free analytics.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service uptime. However, maintenance, infrastructure issues, software updates, or third-party outages may occasionally affect service availability.

Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of their URLs, campaign content, uploaded logos, and related marketing materials.

By using QR Pro, customers grant Clutch Print Shop permission to store and process such content solely for the purpose of providing QR services.

Limitation of Liability

Clutch Print Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages resulting from use of QR Pro services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve months of service.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once service access has been granted. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

Clutch Print Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.

Changes to Service

We may modify features, pricing, limits, or functionality at any time. Continued use of QR Pro constitutes acceptance of those changes.
