To keep your order moving quickly, please upload print-ready artwork that meets the requirements below. Files that do not meet these specifications may require correction before production can begin.

Accepted File Types

• PDF — preferred for most print orders
• AI
• EPS
• PSD
• PNG
• JPG / JPEG

Resolution Requirements

Artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI whenever possible. Low-resolution artwork may print blurry, pixelated, or distorted.

Color Mode

Use CMYK color mode for the most accurate print results. RGB files can be accepted, but colors may shift slightly when converted for print production.

Fonts

Convert fonts to outlines or make sure all fonts are properly embedded before uploading your file. Missing fonts may cause text to display incorrectly.

QR Code Placement

If your order includes a Clutch QR™ Code, leave clear space where the QR code should be placed. QR codes should not be stretched, distorted, cropped, or placed over busy backgrounds.

Artwork Size

Your file should match the exact size of the product being ordered, including bleed when required. For example, a standard business card should be built to the correct business card dimensions before upload.

File Quality

• Avoid screenshots or images copied from social media.
• Use high-quality logos and graphics.
• Do not upload blurry or heavily compressed images.
• Make sure spelling, phone numbers, addresses, and URLs are correct before submitting.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork before submitting files. Clutch Print Shop is not responsible for typos, incorrect contact information, low-quality images, or design errors included in customer-provided artwork.
